Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time during my recent stay at the hotel. The views outside were absolutely breathtaking, and I loved the little pet-friendly touches, like treats for my dog and a complimentary s'mores kit. However, my experience was marred by a very unpleasant hot tub situation and some service issues that I didn't expect. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean and spacious room and the great amenities like the hot tub and bike rentals. The service was friendly, but the dining options could use some improvement, particularly with breakfast. The hotel has its downsides, such as the extra amenities fee and the noisy air conditioning, but overall, it provided a comfortable experience.
The Ridgeline Hotel is a fantastic choice for families, offering a heated pool with movie nights and a fun game room. While the rooms are clean, they could use some upgrades and were a bit small for a family. Dining options are decent, but the service could be more efficient. Overall, it’s a good value for a family trip to Estes Park, despite a few minor issues.
I had a great experience at the hotel while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although I found them a bit dimly lit at night. The friendly staff provided excellent service, but I did encounter a slight delay at the front desk upon check-out. The location was perfect for accessing the park, and the facilities, especially the pool area, were enjoyable for my family. However, the additional resort fee was unexpected.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and even though the rooms were generally great, there was a noticeable chemical smell that prompted a room change. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, and they were particularly accommodating. The location was convenient, close to many attractions, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired. I enjoyed several of the facilities, especially the game room and the pool area, which were great for family fun.
